Japanese kitchen knife is originally from samurai sword which was a typical item for the bride to bring into marriage. My mother-in-law has been used her own knife for over fifty years since she got married. She is proud of her kitchen knife. Is Japanese knife really strong? Yes, it is very strong and hard to break.
